We are pleased to announce that we have recently updated Loyalty Point Structure to Loyalty 2.0 to make it much reasonable for our Loyal Players. New Loyalty Points are earned in the following ways:

After Loyalty 2.0 update, player no longer have to make a deposit in order to get a loyalty Tier and be able to earn points. New accounts will immediately enter the ‘Newbie’ Tier and be able to earn loyalty points, from either cash or bonus bets. Each loyalty Tier now has a number of ‘Levels’. There are 45 Levels in total. Players increase their Level when they earn enough loyalty points from playing games.

Players who already have an account have automatically migrated to the new Tiers/Levels. All Players will earn loyalty points at a higher rate, 100 times higher than the old configuration. In the old configuration, a $10 bet on a Slot game earns 1 loyalty point but in new configuration the same bet earns 100 loyalty points.
Notable Features:
- Free Games are now a loyalty award type. Before being able to claim these, players must reach a certain level in order to unlock them. Once unlocked, a Player can claim them by spending their loyalty points.
- The Bonus loyalty awards have been updated. Before being able to claim these, players must reach a certain level in order to unlock them. Once unlocked, a Player can claim them by spending their loyalty points.
- The Loyalty Merchandise/Physical awards have been updated. Before being able to claim these, players must reach a certain level in order to unlock them. Once unlocked, a Player can claim them by spending their loyalty points.
- A new ‘widget’ is being added to the games, to show the Player real-time loyalty information. The widget shows Tier and Level information and shows progress towards the next Level. Clicking the widget will take the Player to the Loyalty page of Cashier.
