BY ENGAGING IN THE FOLLOWING ACT/S:

1.1 All players must be over the age of 18.
1.2 All promotional offers are by INVITATION ONLY. 1.6 Validity for the bonus promotions is as defined in the communication containing the bonus promotion offer and is limited to the referenced casino and/or account number.
BONUS AND PROMOTION WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND EXCLUDED GAMES
1. All the promotions at Lotus Players Club casinos are limited to real money Players only. No withdrawal may be affected until active and/or pending bonuses which have withdrawal restrictions and playthrough requirements have been met.
2. Playthrough contributions for the wagering of bonuses is as follows:

3. Bonuses will be given on subsequent deposits after the initial deposit bonus, but only in the case of a Player having no funds left over from a previous deposit and deposit bonus and not having requested a withdrawal. This shall be at the discretion of the casino. A pending withdrawal, or withdrawal having been made, will lead to a Player not being eligible to receive further bonuses.
4. €/CAD$ Players playing with active bonuses are limited to bets no greater than €/CAD$ 0.50 per line and €/CAD$ 8 per round. Bets exceeding these limits will cause all winnings to be null and void.
5. For the first deposit bonus the maximum amount that will be awarded per casino is:

5.1 Player’s that have never deposited at the casino may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points once a real money deposit has been made. The deposit made will not be combined with the withdrawal amount, but rather placed in the Player’s account once the withdrawal has been paid out. The Player will then have access to the deposit amount as a cash balance subject to all normal casino terms and conditions.
6. Any discrepancies concerning the funds in a Player’s account may affect withdrawals. In addition, the Player’s account will be reviewed and the account could be suspended pending the outcome of the review.
7. Free Bonus Money (Any Free Money, Free Spin bonuses, Tournament and Competition winnings) needs to be wagered through 45X by White Lotus, Blue Lotus, Pink Lotus and Black Lotus Tier players before a Player can make any withdrawal. Example: Player gets $200 Free Bonus. To withdraw a Player needs to wager $200 ($200 Bonus Money) X 45 = $9,000.
7.1 Match Bonus Money (Any Match Offer) needs to be wagered through 40X (below 100% Match Bonus offers), 50X (100% Match Bonus Offers), 60X (100+% Match Bonus offers) before a Player can make any withdrawal. Example: Player deposits $200, gets 100% Match Bonus. To withdraw a Player needs to wager $200 ($200 Bonus Money) X 50 = $10,000.
7.2. Match Bonus offers greater than 100% are subject to a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000 and need to be wagered through 60X.
8. Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.
9. Players’ activities will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns before any withdrawals are processed. In the interest of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus playthrough requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single OR multiple bets on a single game equal to or in excess of 30% of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. In the event of the casino becoming aware that irregular game play has occurred, the casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
10. An individual Player may have only one account. Winnings will be paid solely to Players who have one account only. The winnings will be nullified in the case of a Player having more than one account.
11. Each individual Player may receive only one bonus promotion per deposit. Any winnings will be considered to be void in the case of a Player receiving more than one bonus promotion per specific deposit.
12. For the purpose of all bonus promotions, dates and times will be calculated as per Eastern Standard Time (EST) which is GMT minus five hours.
13. Where bonus promotions are specifically addressed to an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account as specified in the bonus promotion communication (the offer presented).
14. An offer will be deemed invalid in the case of any kind of discrepancy arising between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits.
15. Match bonus offers shall be claimed immediately after a deposit is made, and shall be used in conjunction with the same deposit. Should a Player not claim the bonus immediately after making a deposit, any winnings made from playing with said bonus will be forfeited/lost.
16. Match bonuses may only be used in combination with a player’s first deposit of the day. They MUST therefore be claimed as soon as possible thereafter.
16 (a) It is important to note that the promotional bonus offer shall only be withdrawn once a Player meets all the wagering requirements.
17. No Player may redeem two non deposit bonuses consecutively. However, if a Player succeeds in doing so, then any winnings will be forfeited.
18. The minimum withdrawal amount is $(US, CA)/kr/€/₤100. A service fee is applicable of between $0 and $30 per transaction. The service fee varies and depends entirely on the method of payment.
19. All free spins bonuses carry a cash out multiplier which means that the maximum value that can be converted to cash is 5 times the value of the free spin bonus. A maximum cash-in amount applies to standard Free Money/Free Spins/Loyalty Points Redeemed/Competition or Tournament Prizes where there is no deposit required.

21.6. Any Player not abiding by the promotional rules will have their winnings forfeited. However their original deposit amount will be credited to their casino account.
22. The promotional bonus offers by email, text message and direct mail are intended for the signified recipient only. They may not be transferred, and are BY INVITATION ONLY.
23. If a player has been identified by the casino as a bonus abuser, then the casino reserves the right to deny the Player any bonus on his/her first deposit. In such a case, the original deposit will be refunded. However, the player would be barred from gaining any advantage from the bonus promotion if they are judged as having abused or wrongly used the same.
24. 30. Lotus Players Club casinos’ bonus promotions department is the sole arbiter regarding any matter of dispute relating to any promotional offer.
31. Each individual promotional bonus rule shall be divisible from each of the other rules. If in any instance a rule, term or condition is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable due to any reason then the remaining rules shall remain in force.
32. All bonuses must be claimed by the Player in their personal capacity within the specified promotional period. Players should note that no bonus will be credited to any Player’s account automatically unless otherwise indicated.
33. All competitions and bonus promotions are limited to registered REAL Players of Lotus Players Club casinos.
34. A player is required to make a minimum deposit of $(US, CA)/kr/€/₤20 so as to qualify for subsequent promotional bonuses. 35. Non-adherence or disagreement with any promotional terms and conditions shall be considered to be ‘Promotion Abuse’.
