GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE PLAYER WARRANTS –
By engaging in the following act/s:
- Visiting the Lotus Players Club website or any of its casino brands
- Registering an account at any of the casinos – Black Lotus, Lotus Asia or Fone Casinos via the website or by any other means or agency
- Downloading the casinos’ participatory software, or obtaining it by alternative means
- Installing and/or operating such software – utilising any Guest or Real Account at the Lotus Players Club Group of Online Casinos
- Accepting any prize from the Lotus Players Club casinos
That the following limitations shall apply:
1.1 (a) Players must be of legal age i.e. over the age of 18. 2. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
The Player further warrants acceptance of the following conditions:
2.1 (a) The terms and conditions applicable to the player’s participation in the abovementioned gaming activities will be agreed to the by the Player in Curacao, N.V.
2.1 (b) Any wager made by the Player will be accepted by the Lotus Players Club Group of Online Casinos in Curacao, N. V. as a consequence of such communication of the wager, without any other act or formality being entered into whatsoever.
2.2 The Player assumes the onus and the responsibility of familiarizing his/herself with the laws pertaining to gaming as applicable to the Player’s own country or area of jurisdiction, and to abide by such laws and/or regulations. 2.3 When components and constituents of games are obtained electronically or by other means or are counterfeited, forged, altered or tampered in any way, these are automatically rendered as null and void. Materials are also automatically nullified if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, are accessed by any means other than authorized and legitimate channels. Also, if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, and electronic or any other errors, then again these will be invalidated.
2.4 All materials, components and constituents of any game submitted for prize claims become the property of the Lotus Players Club Group of Online Casinos and shall not be returned.
2.5 The Lotus Players Club Group of Online Casinos shall not be held responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or otherwise damaged, or misdirected requests, prize claims or entries.
2.6 It is the sole responsibility of the Player to withdraw any funds held in the Player’s account. The casino assumes no responsibility for informing a player of collectible account balances. In the event of an account remaining inactive for longer than six months, the Player will forfeit any outstanding balance in the account.
DEFINITION AND TREATMENT OF INACTIVE ACCOUNTS:
2.7 An account shall be defined as inactive in the event of non-use for a period of no less than 6 (six) months. This shall be defined as an absence of deposits, withdrawals, or wagers being made to the account.
2.8 The casino reserves the unrestricted right to the closure of any account that is deemed inactive. Any bonus or cash in such an account will be forfeited.
2.9 In the event of such closure, the cash balance and bonus balance of such an account will be transferred out of the account and the account will be locked.
2.10 If a Player wishes to recover such funds, he/she must contact the casino and request that the cash balance be reinstated. Such funds, where applicable, will be transferred back to the Player’s account to enable access and withdrawal.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
3.1 The Lotus Players Club Group of Online Casinos reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or discontinue any game at its sole discretion.
3.2 Casino management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager presented.

3.4 The casino assumes no responsibility or liability for damage caused or claimed due to the following:

- Losses caused due to outbreak of riots, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism or any other acts of hostility howsoever caused.
- Losses caused by acts of government or any other relevant authority, including refusal or withdrawal of licences and/or consents.
- Losses caused by fire, explosion, theft, strikes or industrial action or other malicious damage howsoever caused.
- Losses which may occur through the misuse of any information transmitted via the Internet.
3.5 Either party to these terms (the casino and the Player) shall not commit, or purport to commit, the other party to honour any obligation other than those specifically defined and provided for within these terms and conditions and other applicable rules.
3.6 The terms herewith contained notwithstanding, the Player agrees that if a situation arises where the casino hardware or software does not implement the rules of a game, or does not properly bring about the random number generator, or does not accurately account for play, then the casino will only assume responsibility for the Player’s initial deposit.
3.7 The Player understands and accepts that any form of cheating will lead to the forfeiture of all verified balances in his/her account and that in such a case, the casino reserves the right to legal avenues of redress or remedy, including criminal or civil legal procedures.

3.12 The Player understands that the terms Lotus Players Club, Black Lotus Casino, Lotus Asia Casino and Fone Casino, and/or any related titles, slogans, images and visual devices as defined from time to time, are the trademarks, service marks and trade names of the company. The Player should note that they do not hold any right to attain or use these trademarks or related methodologies by any means, including access to the website.
3.13 By applying for a real money account at any of the Lotus Players Club casinos, the Player in so doing authorises the casino and/or its designated agent/s to investigate the Player’s creditworthiness relating to such application and/or any subsequent deposits the Player may make.

3.15 Should such activity, or perceived activity, become apparent, the casino may:
- Send a report to the relevant authority.
- Deactivate or close a Player account immediately.
- Withhold any funds held in such an account.
- Refuse registration or admission to any or all Lotus Players Club casino sites or rooms.
3.16 After a Player has created an account, certain documents need to be submitted to the casino for identity verification purposes:
- Valid proof of identity such as a driver’s licence or passport.
- A copy of both sides of all credit or debit cards used to fund the Player’s account.
- A copy of a utility bill (electricity or other), no older than 3 months, with the Player’s name and current address reflected thereon.
3.17 In the event of a monetary withdrawal, the player will receive a Deposit Agreement form which will be emailed to the Player within 48 hours. Completion of this form is mandatory to have any withdrawal processed. Withdrawals are processed Mondays and Thursdays only.
3.18 Any transaction shall be considered invalid if there is any discrepancy between the name and the address of the Player and the name and address associated with the credit or debit card or any other payment method used.
